Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions everyone asks.
Will you judge me?
Never. Every counselor on our team has a personal connection to the ABDL community. We understand what you are going through — whether it involves diaper wearing, Adult Baby feelings, Diaper Lover identity, diaper fetish, incontinence, age play, or regression — because we have been there ourselves or have supported someone we love through it. Judgment has no place in our practice.
What happens when I call?
You will be connected with one of our counselors. She will introduce herself, ask how you are doing, and let you guide the conversation. There is no script, no intake questionnaire, no clinical assessment. You talk about whatever is on your mind, and she listens with genuine understanding. It is a real conversation, not a clinical exercise.
How much does it cost?
$1.99 per minute with a 10 minute minimum. There are no preset time blocks or packages. Talk for as long as you need, whether that is 10 minutes or an hour. When you are ready to end the call, you simply say so. We accept all major credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and cryptocurrency.
Is this confidential?
Completely. We do not record calls. We do not take session notes. We do not store your personal information. We do not contact you afterward. Your billing statement will show Mad Pro Design LLC with no connection to ABDL, diapers, therapy, or counseling. We take your privacy as seriously as you do.
Can I choose my counselor?
Yes. Visit our counselors page to read about each member of our team. If someone resonates with you, request her by name when you call. If you do not have a preference, we will connect you with whoever is available. Every counselor on our team is experienced, compassionate, and ready to help.
Do I need to know what I want to talk about before I call?
Not at all. Many people call without a plan. Some start with silence. Some start with tears. Some start by saying they do not even know why they called. All of that is perfectly fine. Your counselor will meet you wherever you are and help the conversation unfold naturally.
Is this therapy?
We are experienced counselors, not licensed therapists. We offer support, understanding, and guidance based on decades of real world experience in the ABDL community. If you need clinical mental health treatment, we encourage you to seek a licensed professional. But if what you need is someone who genuinely understands what you are going through and can help you find peace with who you are, that is exactly what we provide.
What if I am not ready to call yet?
That is completely fine. Many of our callers waited months or years before picking up the phone. In the meantime, read through our Is This Normal? page, browse our counselors, and familiarize yourself with our services. When you are ready, we will be here. There is no expiration date on this offer and no pressure to call before you feel comfortable.
