Privacy Policy

Important Disclaimer
Our counselors are experienced members of the ABDL community who provide peer-based emotional support and guidance. They are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Our service is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). Our counselors offer understanding, compassion, and lived experience, not clinical treatment.
1. Introduction: Privacy Is the Foundation of Our Service
Welcome to ABDL Therapy. We understand that reaching out for counseling on deeply personal topics requires extraordinary trust. Privacy is not simply a legal obligation for us. It is the very foundation upon which our entire service is built.
We recognize that the people who contact us are sharing something profoundly private. Every system, every policy, and every decision we make is guided by a single principle: protecting you. This Privacy Policy explains in clear, honest language exactly what information we collect, how we use it, and the extensive measures we take to keep it safe.
We encourage you to read this document fully. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to us before using our services. Your comfort and confidence in our practices matter deeply to us.
2. Information We Collect
We are committed to collecting only the absolute minimum information necessary to deliver our service. We deliberately avoid gathering data that we do not need.
Billing Information: When you pay for a session, we collect the payment details necessary to process your transaction. For credit and debit card payments, this includes your card number, expiration date, and billing address. We do not store your full card number after the transaction is complete. Our payment processor retains only a tokenized version of your payment method for security purposes.
All charges will appear on your statement as Mad Pro Design LLC.
Call Records: We retain basic records of completed sessions, including the date, duration, and the counselor assigned. These records exist solely for quality assurance and billing accuracy. We do not attach your real name, address, or other identifying details to these records unless you have voluntarily provided them.
What We Do Not Collect: We do not require your legal name, physical address, Social Security number, insurance details, or any government identification. You may use our services with as much anonymity as you wish. We do not take session notes, and our counselors do not maintain written files about your conversations.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used exclusively for service delivery. Specifically, we use your information for the following purposes:
- Processing payments for counseling sessions you have purchased
- Scheduling and connecting you with available counselors
- Quality assurance to ensure our counselors maintain the highest standards of care
- Resolving billing disputes or processing refunds if necessary
We will never use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the direct delivery of our counseling services. We will never contact you unless you have explicitly asked us to do so.
4. Billing Privacy
We understand that billing is often the single greatest privacy concern for our callers. We have designed our billing practices with this specifically in mind.
Discreet Billing Descriptor: Charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear under a generic business name that has no connection whatsoever to ABDL, therapy, counseling, or mental health services. The descriptor is intentionally neutral so that anyone viewing your statement would have no reason to inquire further.
No Invoices or Receipts Sent: We do not send invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations to your email or physical address unless you specifically request one. If you do request a receipt, it will use the same discreet business name.
No Recurring Charges Without Consent: We will never charge your payment method without your explicit authorization. There are no automatic subscriptions or recurring fees unless you have intentionally set one up.
5. Call Confidentiality
The confidentiality of your counseling sessions is paramount. Here is how we protect what you share during a call:
Calls Are Not Recorded: We do not record, monitor, or archive your counseling sessions. There is no recording equipment, no backup system, and no audio archive. When your call ends, the spoken conversation exists only in memory.
Counselor Confidentiality: All of our counselors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. They are prohibited from discussing any details of your session with anyone, including other staff members, family, friends, or any outside party.
No Session Notes: Our counselors do not write notes, create files, or document the content of your sessions. There is no written record of what you discuss.
Limited Exception: The only circumstance under which confidentiality may be broken is if a counselor believes there is an immediate, serious threat to your life or the life of another person. This is a standard ethical obligation across all counseling professions and applies only in extreme, life threatening situations.
6. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your data extremely seriously. The following measures are in place to protect any information we hold:
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using industry standard TLS/SSL encryption. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest.
- Secure Servers: Our servers are hosted in secure, professionally managed data centers with physical access controls, continuous monitoring, and redundant systems.
- Limited Access: Access to stored data is restricted to a very small number of authorized personnel who need it for billing or technical support purposes. All staff with access undergo background checks and sign confidentiality agreements.
- Regular Audits: We periodically review our security practices and systems to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Minimal Retention: We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose. Billing records are kept for the minimum period required by applicable financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted.
7. Third Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Period.
The only third parties who receive any of your information are payment processors, and they receive only the minimum data necessary to complete your transaction. Our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant and are contractually bound to protect your data and use it solely for payment processing.
We will not disclose your information to insurance companies, employers, family members, or any government agency unless we are compelled to do so by a valid court order. In such a case, we would have very little to provide, given the minimal data we collect.
8. Cookies and Website Tracking
Our website uses a minimal number of cookies that are standard for any modern website. Here is what you should know:
- Essential Cookies: These are required for the website to function properly, such as maintaining your session when navigating between pages.
- Analytics: We use standard, privacy respecting analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not track individual users across the internet.
- No Social Media Trackers: We do not use tracking pixels, social media plugins, or any tools from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. There are no social media trackers on our site.
- No Retargeting Ads: We do not run retargeting or remarketing advertising of any kind. You will never see an ad for our services following you around the internet after visiting our website.
We recommend browsing our site using a private or incognito window if you would like an additional layer of privacy. This will prevent your browser from storing any history of your visit.
9. Your Rights
You have full control over your personal information. At any time, you may exercise the following rights:
- Right to Access: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Deletion: You may request that we permanently delete all data associated with you. Upon receiving a verified request, we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Right to Correction: If any information we hold about you is inaccurate, you may request that we correct it.
- Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of any analytics or non essential cookies by adjusting your browser settings or using a private browsing window.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 10 below. We will respond to your request promptly and will never ask for unnecessary identifying information to process your request.

You may call us anonymously to discuss any privacy concern. We will never ask you to identify yourself in order to answer a question about our practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
We will never make changes that reduce the level of privacy protection described here without providing prominent notice on our website. Our commitment to your privacy will only grow stronger over time, never weaker.
12. Cryptocurrency Payments
For those who desire the highest level of financial privacy, we accept cryptocurrency as a payment method. Here is how crypto payments enhance your privacy:
No Bank Statement Entry: Cryptocurrency transactions do not appear on your credit card or bank statement at all. There is no record of the transaction with your financial institution.
Reduced Personal Data: When paying with cryptocurrency, we do not need your name, billing address, or any financial account details. The transaction can be completed with minimal identifying information.
Supported Currencies: We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and select other major cryptocurrencies. Payment details and wallet addresses are provided during the checkout process.
Blockchain Considerations: Please be aware that most cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. While these records do not contain your name or personal details, the transaction itself may be visible. If maximum privacy is your goal, consider using a privacy focused cryptocurrency or a fresh wallet address for each transaction.
Your privacy is not a policy checkbox for us. It is a personal commitment from every member of our team. We know what it means to trust someone with something this personal, and we honor that trust every single day.
